The Lake Area Planning Council (APC) is soliciting consultant proposals to prepare a Lake County Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Infrastructure Plan. The project would examine the Lake County region’s existing zero emission vehicle (ZEV) charging/fueling infrastructure and develop a plan to guide future expansion in this area. It would further evaluate regional ZEV infrastructure needs and also formulate recommendations for land use documents and other planning tools that guide local development.
